This is a resistance class designed to improve muscular endurance and muscular strength.

Cardio drumming is a dynamic cardiovascular workout that combines drumming, rhythm, and music, using drumsticks to hit an exercise ball placed on a bucket.

This is a self-paced stretching class for participants who are looking to increase their flexibility and joint range of motion.  Pose modifications will be offered.  Participants may sit or stand for class.  Young @ Heart Yoga

Spin Fit is a 45 minute indoor cycling class. The class is set to motivating music and incorporates various hand positions, body positions, body movements, and resistance equipment.

A social gathering time for caregivers and their children age 3 and under. A story, rhyme, and other activity may be included.

The League of Human Dignity offers various programs and services, such as independent living skills training, peer support, advocacy, information and referral services, and accessibility assessments.
