Event Details
This yoga class is for the participant who is new to yoga or is seeking yoga poses and flows that can be modified for various joint and mobility challenges. Basic, foundational yoga poses, modifications, and a focus on breath awareness and control allow the participant to improve joint range of motion, balance, flexibility, and muscular strength, while also developing the mind-body connection. Participants can expect to leave class relaxed and energized! Limited props are provided. Participants should wear comfortable fitness clothing when attending.
