Full Body Fit is a 45 minute total body workout focused on upper body , lower body, abdominal, and cardiovascular exercises.  This is an interval class that utilizes a variety of resistance equipment, body mechanics, and cardio movements to improve muscular endurance , muscular strength, and cardiovascular health. This class can be modified for all fitness levels.
