Cardio drumming is a dynamic cardiovascular workout that combines drumming, rhythm, and music, using drumsticks to hit an exercise ball placed on a bucket. Following the rhythm of the music, drumming can also incorporate dance moves and steps, enhancing the overall experience. Additional movements, such as lunges, squats, jogging & jumping jacks may also be included. This class has been shown to improve balance, coordination, and concentration. A variety of high energy playlists will motivate and channel your favorite rock and roll drummer!
