Spin Fit is a 45 minute indoor cycling class. The class is set to motivating music and incorporates various hand positions, body positions, body movements, and resistance equipment.
This volunteer led program is for those who wish to practice their Spanish and English conversational skills and help other learners in a friendly setting.

Deeply Fit is an aquatic class that takes place in the 10ft deep end of the pool. Participants use flotation belts to stay suspended in the water, allowing for a total body cardio workout.
This yoga class is for the participant who is new to yoga or is seeking yoga poses and flows that can be modified for various joint and mobility challenges. Basic, foundational yoga poses, modifications, and a
