A BASIC, FOUNDATIONAL YOGA CLASS INCORPORATING SIMPLE POSES, MODIFICATIONS, AND A FOCUS ON BREATH AWARENESS AND CONTROL THAT HELPS TO DEVELOP A MIND-BODY CONNECTION.
A RESISTANCE CLASS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE MUSCULAR ENDURANCE AND STRENGTH. PARTICIPANTS WILL USE A VARIETY OF RESISTANCE EQUIPMENT DURING THIS FULL-BODY WORKOUT.
