Clarinda, IA - Lied Public Library is excited to announce its upcoming Plant Swap event on Saturday, May 11 from 10 am to 1 pm. The event will be held at the library’s outdoor pavilion located at 100 East Garfield St., Clarinda, Iowa.
The Plant Swap is a free community event where participants can bring plants, seedlings, or seeds to swap with others. The library invites garden enthusiasts of all skill levels to come together and share their love of plants while exchanging tips and tricks. All plants are welcome whether they be houseplants or outdoor garden plants.
“This event is a great opportunity for the community to come together and share their passion for gardening,” said Library Director, Andrew Hoppmann. “We are excited to offer this event as a way for individuals to connect with others who share their interest in plants and to exchange plants that they may no longer need.”
The event is free and open to the public. Participants are encouraged to bring any plants, seedlings, or seeds they wish to swap.
