Clarinda Public Library Foundation, Library and Clarinda Chamber will hold a ribbon cutting and open house for the updates to the Library Landscaping and Grounds which were made possible with donations to the Foundation and a Page County Community Foundation Grant on Thursday August 10th at 10am.
