Mary Kelly, the co-founder and program director of Brain Help and Hope will be presenting her program entitled "KEYS to Dementia Prevention".  She'll be telling us all about the 10 things we can do that may reduce the risk for cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's Disease, and related dementias by up to 70%.  All behavior and lifestyle changes discussed may also reduce one's risk of heart disease, cancer, Type 2 diabetes, obesity, and  other chronic diseases.

KEYS to dementia is an evidence-based community program for older adults that aligns with the CDC, World Health Organization, and national Institutes of Health guidelines on reducing the risk of the forementioned diseases.
