Purpose of Meeting

WASHINGTON -- The staff of Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) will hold traveling office hours focused on the 2023 Farm Bill in 14 counties during the months of February and March. Iowans seeking information or wishing to share views on matters related to the Farm Bill may stop by to express their opinions during the scheduled hours.

Grassley will be represented by his regional directors Laney Feight of Des Moines, Jonathan Bladt of Council Bluffs, Matt Rector of Waterloo, Jacob Bossman and Garrett Arbuckle of Sioux City, Penny Vacek of Davenport and Rochelle Fuller of Cedar Rapids. Staff from additional Iowa congressional offices are invited and expected to be in attendance. Senator Grassley will not be present.

“My top priority is to serve the people of Iowa. Traveling office hours is one way of doing that. Throughout the year, my regional staff help Iowans work through issues they have with the federal government. As work begins on the new Farm Bill, I encourage anyone to stop by my staff office hours in their area to ask questions and share their thoughts. Iowans are always welcome to reach out directly to any of my offices throughout the year,” Grassley said.
