Introduction to Quilting Workshop

This class is free but registration is required.

Are you ready to embark on a creative journey into the world of quilting? Join our Intro to Quilting Workshop and discover the joy of crafting beautiful, handmade quilts! This workshop is designed for absolute beginners, so no prior sewing experience is necessary.

What You'll Learn:

  • Basic Sewing Techniques: Get comfortable with your sewing machine and learn essential stitches.
  • Fabric Selection: Understand how to choose the right fabrics and colors for your quilt.
  • Cutting and Piecing: Master the art of cutting fabric accurately and piecing them together.
  • Quilt Assembly: Learn how to assemble your quilt top, add batting, and create a quilt sandwich.

Workshop Details:

  • Duration: Two 2hr workshops
  • Materials: All fabric will be provided for this class, but you must bring your own sewing machine.
  • Instructor: Our experienced quilting instructor will guide you through each step, offering personalized tips and support.
